Florida Outdoors: Netiquette

This is a preliminary draft and Guideline for our Members. Input is very much welcome.

General Issues

Florida Outdoors is a Members only site. It provides access to Wildlife Photographers and related
institutions and organizations. Gaining access to engage in spamming, trolling or to re-use copyrighted
material, published by Florida Outdoors is expressively forbidden and will – if warranted have legal
implications.
Our main interest is in providing a platform for our members, to learn, share information and to make
contacts. We sincerely hope, that there will be no need for it, but just to be on the safe side, here’s
a list of things we absolutely will not tolerate and which might be reason for immediate cancellation
of membership:
1. Ism’s: There is no room on this sites for those. Racism, Sexism, Extremism: No way.
2. Veering off course: Wildlife and Photography and everything that is directly related to these
  issues is the topic of this site. Politics, Religion, Life stories, Pets and the grand kids, recipes and
  car-tuning tips don’t belong here. There are forums and sites much better suited for those things.
  So please – make Wildlife and Photography the topic.
3. Be nice. We will not tolerate obscenities, harassment, trolling or any form of disruptive behavior.

General Appeal

What we would like to see however, is our members being active. Contributing to this site, engaging in
exchange with fellow peeps and getting active, when action is required.
